What is your return policy?

We offer a hassle-free return policy. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please make sure that the product is in its original condition with all tags attached. You can check out the Return Policy page for more details.

What if i receive a defective or incorrect item ?

We apologize for any inconvenience caused. In such cases, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving the item. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly by providing you with a proper replacement product.

Chat payment methods do you accept ?

As of now we are accepting only and upi payments But Very soon we will accept COD (Cash on Delivery) & credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard.

Price and payment queries?

While we take care to ensure that all prices quoted on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any product(s) You have ordered, we will inform You as soon as possible and give You the option of reconfirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact You, the order will be treated as cancelled and if You have already paid for the product(s) You will receive a full refund in Dapp Z wallet only.

We are under no obligation to sell the product(s) to You at the incorrect (lower) price (even after we have sent You an Order Confirmation) if the pricing error is an obvious typographical or arithmetical inaccuracy and could have reasonably been recognized by You as such.

 

The prices displayed on our website include taxes. Delivery costs is as per clause .

 

We reserve the right to decline orders for bulk or high value purchases and to change price and availability information without notice.

If it’s a Prepaid order your payment will be processed to your sources like any UPI gateway. If your order is COD you can fill in the below bank details.

 

Once the payment is successful, you will get a payment confirmation via email and SMS on your registered mobile number and email ID and the same can be used for reference.

 

In case the payment is not successful due to any reason you will get an email from the bank with the status of failure in payment. In case none of the above two happens, and there is a heavy delay in any response kindly get in touch with our customer support at our email id.

after that we confirm the order.
